Delivery & Returns
Delivery Terms for Online Purchases Excluding Furniture & Beds
Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £50. We charge £2.99 for standard delivery on orders under £50. Your items will be sent via Royal Mail. Items over 2kg will be sent via Parcel Force.
Delivery Terms for Furniture & Beds
Free local delivery is available within 25 miles of our stores in Hedge End (SO30 2QY ) & New Milton (BH26 6DN) on orders over £250 in value. If you are outside this area, please allow us to quote you a competitive delivery charge based on the distance and size of your order. Please telephone Hedge End 01489 772777 and ask to speak to a sales person.
Your furniture is carefully transported and wrapped in protective packaging. We will unwrap and place your furniture exactly where you want it and then remove all the packaging. (This excludes home assembly furniture).
We will ask you to examine the goods in the presence of our delivery crew and if you find the goods to be defective in any way this should be noted on the delivery documentation which will be relayed to our customer services department who will contact you within 48 hours.
Delivery of all rugs is free to Mainland UK, there is an additional charge for offshore delivery please contact us before purchase for details, if you wish to return the rug please notify our Hedge End store within 48 hours of receipt 01489 772 777.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied when you receive your products, you may return the items to us within 28 days for exchange or refund. We ask that you take reasonable care of the product and that you protect the packaging as much as possible. This excludes “made to order” or “special order” items such as most pieces of furniture and rugs.
Returns will take approximately 7 working days for processing upon receipt.
We recommend that you insure the package you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a "proof of delivery". Bradbeers.com cannot be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Bradbeers will issue you with a voucher code equal to, or greater than the postage cost to you of returning unwanted items. This can then be used as a discount against your next purchase (conditions apply).
You may also return items to our stores. It does not have to be the branch from where you originally bought the item. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase (ie. a receipt).
NB: Linens – Due to hygiene reasons no return will be accepted on any filled products such as duvets, pillows and mattress toppers. Lingerie – it is our policy that we will not exchange or refund briefs, thongs or foundation wear with a gusset. This is for hygiene reasons.
Furniture & Beds: Most of these items will have been specially ordered for you. If you wish to cancel your order after the goods have been delivered and signed for in good order, then Bradbeers does not normally take the goods back. We will, however, look at each case on its merits. In order to help us to help you, please do not use the goods, but take care of them and keep the original packaging where possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
