Registering with Bradbeers

You will need to register to make a purchase from Bradbeers.com. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes. Please see our privacy policy for details of what we do with your registration data.

Complaints

We aim to supply only the highest quality product and have every faith that you will be satisfied with your purchases. However if you are not satisfied and you would like to make a complaint please e-mail us at: orders@bradbeers.com

If you are not 100% satisfied when you receive your products you may return the items to us within 28 days for exchange or refund.

Returns will take approximately 7 working days for processing once they have arrived back to Bradbeers.

Items must be in perfect condition, unworn or unused, with original packaging intact, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a "proof of delivery". Bradbeers.com can not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

All shipping back to Bradbeers.com is paid for by the customer.
