Online Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your purchase from Bradbeers, if you are not entirely satisfied you can return your goods to us for FREE for a full refund. We will accept returns for any unused/unworn items with all original labels and packaging, purchased from within 30 days of the purchase date.

Large item returns
We suggest the use of a carrier that will provide proof of delivery and highly recommend that you insure the package you are returning. Bradbeers cannot be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

International returns
If the item is unwanted you will need to pay for postage and your original delivery charge will not be refunded. Package your item(s) carefully including this delivery note inside and be sure to obtain proof of postage.

Terms and conditions
We cannot accept anything that is not returned in its original packaging, that has been worn or marked, that has been washed or has had any labels detached. Any specially ordered, bespoke or made to measure items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Due to hygiene reasons we will not exchange or refund briefs, thongs or foundation wear with a gusset.

If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
