The Bradbeers Reward scheme is operated by Bradbeers and is available to anyone who registers their details, and must be 18 years or older, or have the supervision and permission of a parent or guardian.  A valid email address is required in order to register for the reward scheme.  We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, or withdraw the scheme, at any time.  Any data we collect will be used solely by Bradbeers and under no circumstances will we authorise the use by any third parties.

The reward app is available on Android and iOS devices meeting the relevant operating system criteria which can be found in the respective app stores.  If your device does not meet the requirements we may issue a physical card as an alternative.  Our reward scheme is valid in all Bradbeers stores, with some exclusions, which are listed in the Exclusions & Returns section below.

Your reward account is personal to you and shouldn’t be shared with anyone else.  We are not responsible for any unwanted activity on your account which has arisen through allowing others access.  If you have been provided with a physical card we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, and replacement cards may incur a charge.  Our communication with you in regard to the rewards scheme will be in electronic form only.  No statements or vouchers will be issued in the post.  You can see your points and voucher status from within the app or by checking your printed receipt.

If you abuse or conduct any malicious activity in relation to the rewards scheme, we retain the right to close any reward account without notice, with no reimbursement for lost points or vouchers.

For every £1 you spend at Bradbeers we will reward you with 1 point.  There is no limit on the number of points you can earn.

Points will be added to your account upon you receiving the goods or service.  Within our department stores this is usually straight away unless it is a bespoke item which is being ordered in.  Purchasing in our furniture or flooring stores will result in the points being added after delivery, once our system has been updated to confirm you are in receipt of the goods.  This can take between 24 and 72 hours.

If you have forgotten to scan your reward account at the time of purchase, you may revisit the store within 28 days of your purchase to add your points, as long as you can provide a valid receipt.  Each point has a validity period of 24 months from the date earned and will expire after this duration.

Once you have earned 500 points, these will automatically convert into a £5 voucher to spend in store, with some exclusions, which are listed in the Exclusions & Returns section below.  Reward vouchers will remain in your account for a period of 12 months, after which they will expire.  Reward points and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.  Only one voucher can be used per transaction, and a minimum spend of £5 applies.

Certain products, services, and concessions within Bradbeers may be excluded from points collection or voucher redemption.  Please see below for clarification.

We reserve the right to alter the products and services from these exclusion lists at any time.

If you return an item or otherwise receive a refund, any points earned on these transactions will be deducted from your balance.  Should any vouchers have been issued as a result of the initial or any subsequent transaction, the voucher will remain within your account, but your points may show a negative balance.  Any future purchases will reduce the negative balance and bring your points balance back to a positive state.  If you return all items or otherwise receive a full refund on a transaction where you have used a reward voucher, the number of points in which the voucher is worth will be added to your reward balance.
